BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETINGS
The Board of Directors convenes monthly to oversee association business. The agendas for each Board meeting are posted on the online event calendar 72 hours in advance of each BOD meeting (look for the event listings titled ‘BOD Meeting’). Board meetings are typically held the third or fourth Thursday of the month; thus, agendas are usually posted on the calendar the third or fourth Monday of each month. The recorded minutes for each month’s meeting are posted on this page (see links at right of page) after they are ratified at the subsequent monthly meeting.
The Board of Directors created the association’s first Strategic Plan through a series of intensive analysis meetings in 2011. Each year the Board updates the plan, prioritizing key strategies and initiatives. The plan crystallizes our shared Vision and Mission and explores the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats affecting the community. Through rigorous review and implementation of this living document, the Board ensures that SRCA volunteers and management staff have the directives necessary to maintain the premier look, feel, and lifestyle of our association.
In recent years the Board of Directors has implemented a number of key programs focused on the betterment and long-term security of our community. Perhaps chief among them is a commitment to finding water saving solutions. Because water rates continue to rise every year, and because we can all play a part in protecting one of our most vital natural resources, in 2015 the Board wrote a new priority in the Strategic Plan: “To develop an ongoing plan to reduce the consumption of water used to irrigate the association common area landscape, and upgrade the irrigation system infrastructure, technology and management to improve distribution and efficiency.” To learn more about all the Board has done regarding this important goal, please check out the links to articles and other press listed below.
SRCA Board PresidentJon Dell’Antonia is pleased to serve as the Board President of the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association (SRCA). His term expires in March 2021.
SRCA Board Vice President
In addition to serving as the Vice President, Mr. Counts serves as the liaison to the Amenities Committee. His term expires in March 2020.
SRCA Board SecretaryJim Norton was elected to the Board in 2018 and serves as the Secretary. He is also the liaison to the Landscape & Grounds Committee. His term expires in March 2021.
SRCA Board Treasurer
In addition to serving as the Board Treasurer, Michael Kaltenbaugh serves as the liaison to the Finance Committee and Investment Subcommittee and the Chair of the Collections Committee. His term expires in March 2022.
SRCA Board DirectorRick Chaffin serves as a Board Director and the liaison to the Communications Committee. His term expires in March 2022.
