The purpose of the Communications Committee is to develop and oversee a communications strategy which promotes effective neighbor-to-neighbor dialogue within the Stonebridge Ranch community and between the Board of Directors, home-owning members, and all residents. The committee meets monthly to direct content for our Stonebridge Ranch News magazine (sent monthly and free of charge to all properties within the Stonebridge Ranch), bi-weekly association E-News blasts (sign up below on this page using the form under the header “Stay Connected”), quarterly email blasts for Realtors working within our community, and the information shared through this website.
The Committee’s recent accomplishments include developing a branding guide in 2016, redesigning the Stonebridge Ranch News magazine in 2017, and overseeing the update of the association website, launched in Oct. 2018. Each year the Committee is also responsible for reviewing and reprinting the community Disaster Preparedness Brochure in a spring issue of the magazine.
The Communications Committee meets monthly on the first Thursday at 8:30 a.m. Meetings are held in the Board Room at the association office. Committee volunteers choose their own meeting times to fit their members’ schedules.
