Finance Committee

The Finance Committee advises the SRCA Board of Directors in regards to budgeting, financial operations, and accounting matters. Among their key duties, they analyze the association’s annual operating and capital budgets, review financial implications of capital and strategic projects, and oversee the Repair & Replace (R & R) study and related budget to ensure ongoing maintenance of all shared association assets. Because Finance Committee meetings are held in executive session, we do not publish their meeting minutes to this website.


In 2017, the association formed the Investment Subcommittee to assist the Finance Committee in advising the Board of Directors regarding our long-term investment strategy. Rather than meeting monthly, this committee meets quarterly each year. They focus on evaluating investment opportunities to maximize the Association’s invested portfolio; monitoring asset allocation; and reporting findings to the Board based on input from our professional investment consultants and managers.
