Along with oversight by the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association (SRCA), a number of our villages are further managed by sub-associations which handle neighborhood-specific areas of oversight such as gated street or landscaping maintenance. Each village with a sub-association pays dues to the SRCA as well as to their sub-association. (The SRCA bills annually with assessments due January 1. The sub-associations may bill annually, bi-annually, or quarterly.)
Each sub-association employs their own management company separate from the professional management team which supports the SRCA. Each sub-association also communicates directly with the residents they serve. If you receive mail or other notices from your sub-association, use the contact information they provide (rather than SRCA contact information).
