The newly renovated community room is now open! The Association is using the room for such events as bingo nights and coffee meet-ups. It is also available for private event rental by current residents of Stonebridge Ranch. The room has a maximum occupancy of 66 people and includes 20 tables and 50 chairs. If you have room rental questions, please call the office at 214.733.5800.

To rent the Community Room:

1. Visit us at the Association Office at 6201 Virginia Parkway.
2. You will fill out a rental agreement* after confirming date & time availability.
3. Usage fees are $50 for the first two (2) hours + $10 for each additional hour for a maximum of 4 hours.
4. We also require a $250 Security Deposit check.** This will be returned to you upon satisfactory completion of set-up and clean-up procedures.

*The Community Room may not be rented in conjunction with a Beach Club pavilion rental, nor may guests enter the Beach Club when present for an event in the Community Room.
**The usage fee and security deposit must be paid by two separate checks. No credit cards or cash accepted for rental of the Community Room.
