Modifications Committee 

The Modifications Committee advises and assists the Board of Directors with respect to approvals, denials or variances made on behalf of the membership for all homeowner exterior improvements. The Board liaison to this committee is Kristen Vartian.

Modification Applications can be submitted online by going to the Modifications Request (login required) page. Please review your association guidelines and attach the required supporting documents for each item. For general tips regarding the application process, click here.
