Stonebridge Ranch

Residents have been coming home to Stonebridge Ranch for over thirty years. We believe in treasuring our past, supporting a premier and neighborly lifestyle today, and actively investing in our future together. We’re a visionary planned community where you can put down your own roots.

The SRCA Board of Directors has established the 2024 Annual Assessment.

On October 12, 2023, during their scheduled monthly meeting, the Stonebridge Ranch Community Association Board of Directors approved the Association’s 2024 operating budget and the 2024 annual assessment.

The flat-rate 2024 annual assessment for Stonebridge Ranch homeowners is $953. This is a 5% increase over the 2023 assessment. When planning your assessment payment, please keep these key factors in mind:

·    The 2024 assessment statement will be sent to each homeowner no later than December 1, 2023.

·    The due date for your assessment payment is January 1, 2024. Payment in full for your 2024 annual assessment not posted to account by January 31st will begin to accrue late fees.

·    It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure their payment is posted to their SRCA account on time. The SRCA does not accept postage mailing date or the procedures of the homeowner’s bank. Some e-check and ACH payments can take up to two weeks to be processed and posted to the SRCA account. If you make or mail your payment after January 1, you risk a late payment fine.

Stonebridge Ranch and GrandManors offer a variety of payment options. These include:

·    CiraNet Resident Portal.

·    Automatic Draft (ACH).

·    By calling the GrandManors Resident Service Center at 855-947-2636 to pay by e-check or credit card.

·    In person at the SRCA office. Please note that the on-site office does not accept cash. We do accept  credit/debit cards.

·    Check by mail.

A comprehensive explanation of assessment payment options will be published in the November 2023 issue of Stonebridge Ranch News magazine and will also be available on the stonebridgeranch.com landing page as well as the CiraNet Owner/Resident Portal.

Why the Increase?

The SRCA homeowners who volunteer on committees and serve on the Board of Directors strive to maintain (and improve) premier SRCA services. To that end, as expenses increase, so must the assessments. This is what we have encountered this year.

Various factors have contributed to the assessment adjustment. For example, SRCA is experiencing cost increases in insurance and water rates, just like homeowners. Our services and benefits, even at current levels, will cost more in 2024. Another reason for the adjustment is our loss of annexation fees. SRCA is now built out so there will be no further annexation fees from developers to join SRCA.
